About: Durham County Library will present the exhibit Little World, a set of animated, miniature displays, through Saturday, September 20, on the second floor of the Main Library, 300 N. Roxboro St. The exhibit is part of the Durham County Library art program, which highlights both temporary and permanent art at the library.
Created by Tim Gabriel, the Little World display at the library features four custom-made, detailed exhibits including a Caribbean pirate beach, vampire estates, a haunted ghost town and an Egyptian temple excavation. Versions of the exhibit have been displayed at the Museum of Life and Science and are featured annually at Garrett Farms in Durham.
