From 1-40 West take exit 279B to merge onto NC147 North toward downtown Durham. Take exit 12C to merge onto South Duke Street. Continue on North Roxboro Street/US 501 North. Turn left at Milton Road.

From Chapel Hill

Follow North Fordham Boulevard/US15-501 North. Take exit 176B for Duke Street/US 501 North toward Roxboro. Merge onto North Duke Street/US 501. Turn left at Milton Road.

From Southwest Durham

Head east on NC751/University Drive toward Hope Valley Road. Continue to follow University Drive. Slight left at South Duke Street. Continue on North Roxboro/US 501 North. Turn left at Milton Road.
