About: Durham County Library will host the Impromptu Players for a performance at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, at the South Regional Library, 4505 S. Alston Rd.
Through InterPlay, the Impromptu Players use songs, music, poetry, dances and other kinds of movement to tell their own and audience members’ stories. InterPlay combines movement, improvisation and play to help create connections between people, their bodies, their art and their stories. This life-affirming method can help decrease stress, boost mood and help people connect deeper within themselves. The Impromptu Players have performed at numerous events around the Durham area.
