About: Durham County Library presents the Science of Distillation on Sunday, December 11 at 4 p.m. at Main Library, 300 N. Roxboro Street in downtown Durham. The program is free and open to the public.
Join Lee Katrincic, co-founder and head distiller of the award-winning Durham Distillery, for an exploration of the distillation process. He’ll talk through the history, equipment, techniques and the science of distillation. No alcohol will be served at the event.
