Hear from essayist, novelist and memoirist Emily Raboteau, whose work focuses on race and social justice. Her books include the critically acclaimed The Professor’s Daughter: A Novel, and Searching for Zion: The Quest for Home in the African Diaspora, finalist for the Hurston Wright Award in nonfiction and winner of a 2014 American Book Award. Co-sponsored with the Duke Clinical Research Institute and The Center for Arts, Digital Culture & Entrepreneurship (CADCE).
