May 4, 2017, 5:40 p.m. Update: Everything should be back to normal now. The online catalog will default to your home library when placing holds.
There is a bug in our online account access where all holds are defaulting to pickup at East Regional Library.
When placing a hold, please double-check the drop-down menu to ensure the pickup location is set to where you want it.
If you have already placed a hold at an incorrect pickup location, you can go to your My Account page and click the Holds tab. From there, select the items that are at the wrong location and click Edit Pickup Location(s).
We are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.
