Durham, NC – Durham County Library presents Sarah Vaughan Tribute on Sunday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Hayti Heritage Center, 804 Old Fayetteville St., Durham, NC 27701. This event is free and open to the public.

Join Durham’s own Nicki Rivers and friends for a special musical birthday tribute to the late, great Sarah Vaughan. Hailing from Alabama, Ms. Rivers is a soulful traditional styled jazz vocalist who sings with great feeling and a connection to the music. She will be joined onstage by NCCU Jazz Studies Program members Andrew Berinson, Ginnae Koon, and Donovan Cheatham.
