Durham, NC – Durham County Library presents Frank Hyman: The Founding Fathers Wanted To Avoid A Tyranny Of The Majority, But Instead We’re Stuck With A Tyranny Of The Minority on Saturday, July 21 at 10 a.m. at Southwest Regional Library, 3605 Shannon Rd., Durham, NC 27707. This event is free and open to the public.

Hear Frank Hyman present his views that by gaming the system, one political party, with the support of a minority of voters, can (mis-) rule the White House, the US Senate, and the US House. Hyman asserts that the US government continues to support policies opposed by most Americans, policies such as lowering taxes for the wealthy and loosening regulations for polluters, in ways that concerned citizens can work together to address.
