Durham, NC – Durham County Library presents North Carolina in the First World War on Monday, November 5 at 7 p.m. at Stanford L. Warren Branch Library, 1201 Fayetteville St., Durham, NC 27707. This event is free and open to the public.
Join us in commemorating the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. Lauren Menges, Head of the North Carolina Collection, will use materials from the collection to present about the experiences of soldiers from Durham and the rest of North Carolina in this great conflict.
