Durham, NC – Durham County Library presents Bull City International Film Festival on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday, February 24 at North Regional Library, 221 Milton Rd., Durham, NC 27712. This event is free and open to the public.

The Bull City International Film Festival will be showing short films from all over the globe! There will also be a live staged reading from a few of the award-winning feature and TV pilot scripts, some hoping to go into production here in North Carolina. Local filmmaker Laura DeBar will be coordinating this exciting two-day event.
