Department: Children's services

Originally from St. Louis, Scott moved to Durham in 2013. Scott pursued librarianship to bridge his past work as an elementary teacher’s assistant and a researcher. His archival research took him into animation studios, JFK special collections, and 650 feet below ground in a Kansas salt mine. Scott loves drumming, making pizzas, cycling, and watching cartoons and bad movies. At North Regional, he regularly hosts activities with the neighboring Hub Farm, LEGO Club, and roleplaying games for grades K-5. His nightstand is overflowing with library books.
