About Our Fourth Annual Library Fest

In celebration of National Library Week and all that libraries do, Library Fest is an annual community celebration and showcase of the many diverse ways the library is a part of your life.

The weeklong celebration includes a variety of programs including authors, performers, literature, art, music, and so much more! Join us for programs that encourage discovery, connect the community, and lead in literacy with our STEAM, business, humanities, and local history programming. Go beyond the book this coming spring and join us for Library Fest!

This year’s theme, The Nature Edition, has brought us a range of events that touch on nature defined not only as animals, plants, and the natural world around us, but also as the basic or inherent characteristics of something. Programs include renowned authors, environmental experts and advocates, live animals, musicians, artists, quilters, story tellers, doctors, doulas, and so much more.

There are programs on topics such as intersectional environmentalism, animal conservation, the nature of podcasting, writers & social change, flowing through time, crafting, and foraging. Go beyond the book this coming spring and join us for Library Fest!
