Caroline ha sido parte de la Biblioteca del Condado de Durham desde 2014. No es nativa de Durham y se ha mudado bastante. A Caroline le encanta ayudar a los adolescentes, especialmente cuando estos necesitan encontrar un nuevo libro para leer o ayuda con sus tareas. Como la mayoría de bibliotecarios a Caroline le encanta leer, especialmente novelas gráficas, libros de romance y de temática LGBTQ.
