Trustees’ Award nomination form

You are invited to nominate a Durham County Library staff member for the annual Trustees’ Award, to be awarded by the Durham County Library Board of Trustees at the Fall Staff Development Day.

The nominee should exemplify one (or all) of the following attributes:

  • Exceptional service this year
  • Creativity
  • Dedication to increasing the public’s perception of the library
  • Helpfulness in assisting other staff members
  • Reliability
  • And any other attribute that makes this Durham County Library staff member a valuable employee!

All nominations must provide specific substantiation of the qualifications of the proposed candidate.
