Tammie Hall is the Assistant County Manager for Durham County, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, procurement, and constituent services. Previously, she served as Assistant to the Secretary and Division Director in the NC Department of Administration and spent eight years as a Congressional Policy Advisor.

Tammie is a proud double HBCU graduate with a B.S. from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) and an EMPA from North Carolina Central University (NCCU). She has served over eight years on the UAPB National Alumni Association Board, including as President, and held leadership roles in the NC MWBE Network, serving as President for six years. She is currently a board member of the Dominion Energy Environmental Council and Elizabeth City State University (ECSU), as well as Vice Chair of the Raleigh-Durham International Airport Board of Directors. A graduate of Leadership NC, Tammie was awarded the Order of the Long Leaf Pine for outstanding public service by Governor Roy Cooper.
