Morning Yoga for Wellness

Each class offers a well-rounded sequence of yoga stretches and breathing exercises at an easy pace, aimed at helping you maintain the optimum health of your joints and internal organs. The library will provide 12 yoga mats and props, but feel free to bring your own. For maximum benefit, please do not eat one hour prior to the class. This is a gentle yoga class that especially welcomes older students. Namaste.

Crafty NC!

Ever wanted to try your hand at a new art or craft? Get crafty Saturday afternoons this winter at North Regional. These are hands-on workshops where attendees will leave with a completed creation, new skills, and loads of ideas. In January, class will be a spa-fest where we make lotions and scrubs; in February, we'll be learning the funky papercraft of quilling; and in March we'll be trying our hands at glass etching. Workshop sizes are limited and registration is required.
