South Regional Library replaced the Parkwood Branch Library and is located on the historic site of the Old Lowe’s Grove School. Historic panels, artifacts, and a timeline in the library honor the Parkwood and Lowe’s Grove communities.

T. Ché Anderson is from New York and moved to Durham in 2011. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has over 35 years of experience working in public and academic libraries.
